The 2014 Mobo Awards went down a few hours ago in London town! MOBO stands for Music of Black Origin, and the annual awards ceremony recognizes artists of any ethnicity or nationality performing black music.
Take a look at who hit the red carpet:
Tinie Tempah kept his look sharp and simple, rocking all black and ankle revealing loafers.
British songwriter Jamelia plucked a Papya Coral Grecian Maxi Dress by Nazz Collection for the evening.
I was all in for Nicole Scherzinger’s faux leather dress, though I think her look could’ve benefited from a different shoe choice. Perhaps a Christian Louboutin Impera pump in black?
A sparkly deep plunging jumpsuit was crooner Jessie J’s choice for the festivities. Hot!
Eve and looked positively stunning next to husband Maximillion Cooper, who skewed dapper in Saint Laurent.
Little Mix members Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirwall kept it cute in sparkles and frocks with sheer mesh details.
Sheer details was also the call for Alexandra Burke, who went for unexpected edge in a black gown.
Melanie Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte hit the carpet! Mel showed off her stems in a one shoulder white gown with gold detailing. Work!
Kid Ink and Asiah Azante didn’t seem to practice their red carpet pose.
Sarah-Jane Crawford’s Peter Pilotto Aro Embellished Dress was beautiful, but her makeup was a bit of a distraction.
K. Michelle popped by in an asset accentuating slightly sheer dress. Hmmm…what do you think?
And lastly, a resouding Yasssss! goes to hottie Rob Evans. With him, nothing more really needs to be said.
